Four digits. The driver types them in at the door. Five wrong tries and it locks for fifteen minutes.
Nobody home? The driver photographs the drop-off and says who took it. We mark that unverified, in those words — and you can dispute it.

Is this same-day?
It can be — today means by 9 PM. But you can also say next week, and a trip nobody has to rush costs less.
How do I pay?
You agree the amount up front — the app suggests one — then cash or e-transfer. Paying by card in the app is coming.
Can a driver see my address?
Not before they accept. Until then it’s a shop name, an area, and a circle about 500 m wide.
How do I know the right person got it?
Your 4-digit code. Only you can see it, and the driver types it in at the door.
Are drivers checked?
Yes — licence, plate and vehicle, reviewed by a person. Before that they can look at jobs but not take them.
Does the app track me?
Only if you let it. Location just sorts pickups near you; skip it and type addresses instead. And you see the job status, never a driver’s live position.
